The Great Sleep Obsession (The Problem of Modern Day Life versus the Primitive Infant)

By the time our little one was 4 weeks, I was already beyond tired of being asked if she was sleeping through the night. Even at six months, we are constantly asked if she is sleeping through the night or told we need to let her cry it out, at least for 5 minutes or so, so she can learn to self-soothe. It is great to have the science behind why this isn’t the case.
